Stratcon Consultancy Private Limited was incorporated in 1989 and is currently led by Mr Sanjiv Bhakat, Director and a strong team of local professionals. After acquiring controlling interest in Stratcon, Sanjiv has merged his two decade long consulting practice in ‘Strategic Consultants’ into Stratcon.

Following the liberalisation of India’s economy in 1991, Sanjiv, a technocrat turned entrepreneur who has been doing business in India since 1992, witnessed how many companies struggled to enter the market due to a lack of insight into the fundamentals of doing business in this diverse country. He and his team felt there was a real need for a professional service for globally ambitious organizations needing local support for business in India.
